Starting April 5th, the weight training facility located in the wrestling room will be open for use Monday through Thursday from 2:30-5:00 and Friday from 2:30-4:00. Students may attend at any time during the time periods it is open; they do not have to be there for the entire time. Any student interested in participating in this activity may do so. I will be personally overseeing their activity and assisting in developing a safe, healthy weight-training programs for their specific needs.
