You must pre-register and select the correct Service Code listed on the PDE website. You will pay the fee at the time you are fingerprinted. You must present proper ID such as a Driver’s License when you are fingerprinted. Payment can be in the form of credit card, money order, or cashier check. Cash will not be accepted.
