Under the leadership of HS Chemistry Instructor Mrs. Eason, Chief Science Officers (CSO) Mali Thompson, Reagan Keith, Reagan Wharton, Brooke Mihalko, Darius Hansel, and Kaden Kephart prepared a lesson for 4th grade students. The focus was on developing a Mars Rover prototype through the engineering design process while considering potential and kinetic energy concepts. Thanks to the building administrators, ES teachers, HS student helpers, and custodial staff for supporting this collaboration!

Our College & Career Counselor arranged a wonderful Decision Day Event for seniors. Ice Cream, Door Prizes, Climbing Wall, Obstacle Course, Corn Hole, Can Jam, and other activities. Class of 2024 had a great time!


Two middle school teams competed today in the 25th Annual PA Media & Design state competition at Dickinson College in Carlisle. The "Street Sweeper" team placed 3rd which makes them the very first Moshannon Valley team to place at states!

Congratulations to Elementary Principal, Dr. Tracie Tomasko, on being recognized by Global Special Education Associates as their 2024 Administrator of the Year. She was selected from five finalists from across the country. The District's MTSS Program was the reason for her recognition.
