Mrs. Abernethy's 8th grade students recently created stories based on acid mine drainage and water pollution that were geared toward elementary students. 3D learning going on in Mrs. Hook's 4th grade classes! Students calculated the perimeter and area of 2D shapes. Then they calculated the volume of 3D shapes like this rectangular prism!
The 6th graders celebrated the end of their elementary journey Friday evening by attending the annual 6th grade dance. The theme selected by the class was "Neon Nights." They played games, danced, and got pics in the Photo Booth to remember the night. 🟣🟢🟡

Mr. Troxell's message of patriotism and following your dreams captivated our students. Accompanying Mr. Troxell was his wife Erin and son Joseph - the inspiration for his book. 📚🖊️
